Leah Dixon

Holistic health coach

I am passionate about helping individuals and families create greater ease, joy, fun, health, harmony, and connection in their lives. With over 30 years of experience in holistic health, well-being, and education, I specialise in facilitating children, young people, and adults to achieve optimal holistic health.

My Journey to Holistic Healing

My dedication to well-being is deeply personal. In 2000, my daughter's severe allergic reactions to a wide range of common allergens—including nuts, dairy, and gluten—launched me on a mission to strengthen her immune system and find balanced health. Simultaneously, I navigated my own healing journey, recovering from chronic fatigue and addressing stress, depression, and anxiety that began in my university years. My personal path, which involved honest boundary setting and overcoming "over-giving," taught me to strengthen my intuition and trust the body's innate healing abilities.

Expertise and Approach

As a keen problem-solver, I have trained extensively in diverse healing modalities over three decades, including Life Coaching, NLP, Access Consciousness, Hypnotherapy, Yoga, Feng Shui, Reiki, and meditation. This training was concurrent with a career in teaching and management within SEN (Special Educational Needs) schools and colleges, giving me a profound understanding of educational and developmental challenges.

I now run a full-time holistic health and well-being practice based in London, serving clients face-to-face, over the phone, and online.

My core specialty is clearing emotional, physical, mental, and behavioural issues that are causing ill health. I tune in to your or your child's energy and specific needs to pinpoint and release the root cause of blocks.

Working with Children and Teens

By clearing these energetic blockages, children and teens can enjoy work, play, and learning more, which benefits the entire family by creating more harmonious relationships at home and better concentration at school. I work with young people facing challenges such as:

  • Autism, OCD, ADD, and ADHD

  • Anxiety, Depression, Social Phobias, and Eating Disorders

  • Self-harming and Allergies

  • Learning difficulties, social, emotional, and behavioural issues

Working with Adults

For adults, I tune in to the root cause of issues like stress, anxiety, overwhelm, addictions, and burnout. I clear, heal, and release the energy causing these symptoms, whether they stem from past trauma, family/cultural programming, limiting beliefs, or karma. I support adults dealing with:

  • Addictions, Overcoming Abuse, PTSD, and Phobias

  • Chronic Illnesses such as back pain, cancer, arthritis, and chronic fatigue

  • Money and Relationship worries

My focus is always on the immense potential you and your child hold, not on the limitations that may have held you back.

If you are ready to see the changes you have been asking for and would like support with that, please get in touch.
